KordaMentha is hiring an Associate Director to lead complex restructuring and turnaround engagements, manage multiple workstreams and client relationships, oversee financial analysis and scenario modelling, guide distressed asset sales and capital-raising solutions, lead pitch materials and business development, and coach junior team members. The role requires professional qualification as a CA or CPA, 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to lead high-pressure engagements.
