Deciphera is hiring an Associate Director, Sales Operations to lead and optimize the operational infrastructure supporting field-based commercial teams. The role oversees field operations strategy, CRM and roster systems, incentive compensation, territory and deployment planning, reporting and analytics, compliance, and operational excellence. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals, incentive-compensation expertise, and experience with CRM, analytics, and roster technologies. The base salary is $170,000–$234,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
