AbCellera is hiring an Associate Director/Senior Manager, QA Operations to lead quality oversight for its biological Drug Substance clinical manufacturing facility in Vancouver. The role covers GMP manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution; batch record review, material disposition, root-cause investigations, CAPAs, change controls, tech transfers, material qualification, audits, inspections, risk management, and QA team leadership. Candidates need 12 years of GxP industry experience, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical quality management or leadership, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and experience with biological drug substance and aseptic manufacturing. The role offers CAD 124,000–155,000 annually plus equity, bonus, RRSP contribution, allowance, vacation, professional development, and health benefits.
