EssenceMediacom is hiring an Associate Director, SEO & Generative Search Optimization to lead strategy, recommendations, and delivery of SEO and generative search optimization across Google products and services in the United States. The role owns the SEO/GSO vision for assigned product areas, develops technical, content, measurement, and cross-channel strategies, leads senior client conversations, manages delivery and team performance, and develops AI search methodologies and thought leadership. Candidates need at least five years of organic search experience, advanced expertise in technical SEO and AI search, strong client leadership and analytical skills, and experience managing cross-functional delivery and people development.
