Description
Natera is hiring an Associate Director of Service Engineering to lead the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of lab-facing clinical platforms. The role manages a team of Service Engineers and SREs, owns production stability and incident response, defines SLAs and SLOs, leads major incidents and on-call operations, and partners with Lab Operations, Bioinformatics, Engineering, Infrastructure, Facilities, and Compliance. The position requires at least 8 years of service engineering or engineering experience, 5 years leading technical teams, and hands-on experience with highly available production systems, incident management, root cause analysis, and CMMS and LIM environments. Healthcare, biotech, LIMS, data pipelines, bioinformatics, infrastructure automation, and SLO/SLA experience are preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
