Turner & Townsend is hiring an Associate Director Site Engineering & Design to support a large-scale data center development program. The role manages the Request for Information process, coordinates multidisciplinary design activities, tracks design issues and action items, supports program governance, and serves as a liaison among design, construction, and program management teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical discipline, at least 8 years of relevant project engineering or design management experience, familiarity with data center design fundamentals, and proficiency with project information management platforms. The role requires travel to remote job site locations during the week, and the disclosed base salary is $170,000-$200,000.
