Description
Humana is hiring an Associate Director, Software Engineering to lead software engineering teams responsible for enterprise applications, databases, data platforms, and API-based integration solutions. The role owns technology roadmaps, modernization and application lifecycles, engineering best practices, delivery execution, resource planning, and technology investments while partnering with business, product, architecture, and enterprise stakeholders. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement with 3 to 4 days per week in the office and is available in Louisville, Kentucky or Tampa, Florida. It requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant software engineering or technology delivery experience, including 3+ years leading software engineering teams, with a starting base pay range of $156,600 to $215,400 per year.
