Description
The role owns end-to-end Generative AI agent platform engineering for priority banking use cases, from pilot through production. Responsibilities include designing and implementing agent runtimes, orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt and workflow management, memory and state handling, reliability, testing, guardrails, observability, SLOs/SLAs, security, privacy, compliance, and production performance optimization. The role also provides technical leadership, incident support, onboarding, documentation, and guidance on emerging GenAI capabilities. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; at least three years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python, Java, or Golang and cloud experience; at least one year of LLM/GenAI application experience; and practical RAG or MCP experience preferred.
