AstraZeneca is hiring a Speaker Program Operations Manager to lead compliant healthcare professional speaker programs across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and vendor teams. The role owns CRM and field-event functionality, therapeutic-area budget planning, speaker-bureau governance, process design, KPIs, change adoption, and the measurement of educational and patient outcomes. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of professional business experience, vendor and budget management experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills; pharmaceutical speaker-program and US healthcare compliance experience are desirable. The role follows an average minimum of three days per week in the office.
