AstraZeneca is hiring a Speaker Program Operations Manager to lead the planning, delivery, compliance, measurement, and continuous improvement of healthcare professional speaker programs. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, vendors, and internal teams; owns CRM and field-event capabilities; manages therapeutic-area budgets and speaker bureaus; and drives process innovation and change adoption. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of professional business experience, vendor and budget management experience, and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
