Description
The Associate Director, Strategic Program Management will manage complex, cross-functional Codexis R&D programs, corporate initiatives, and ECO Synthesis customer programs. The role creates and maintains program infrastructure, charters, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, governance materials, and escalation pathways; coordinates stakeholders across research, development, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and finance; and supports continuous improvement of program processes. The position requires 10–12 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and experience leading complex programs in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
