AECOM is hiring an Associate Director – Structural Engineer (NSQEP) to provide technical leadership on complex structural and seismic engineering projects in the defence, research, and nuclear sectors. The role leads design, analysis, regulatory compliance, multidisciplinary project delivery, quality assurance, nuclear safety cases, and engineer mentoring. It is based in Adelaide, with suitable candidates considered for relocation, and offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements. Applicants need substantial structural engineering experience, NSQEP or nuclear-environment experience, professional engineering accreditation, seismic and structural design expertise, and the ability to obtain AUKUS defence clearance.
