AECOM is hiring an Associate Director – Structural Engineer (NSQEP) to provide technical leadership on complex structural and seismic engineering projects in the defence, research, and nuclear sectors. The role leads design, analysis, regulatory compliance, multidisciplinary project delivery, quality assurance, nuclear safety cases, and engineer mentoring. It is based in Adelaide, with relocation considered, and offers flexible, hybrid work options. Candidates should have a civil or structural engineering degree, at least 15 years of structural engineering experience, NSQEP or highly regulated nuclear experience, professional engineering accreditation, and expertise in seismic and structural design standards and analysis software.
