AbbVie is hiring a Study Feasibility Associate Director to support global clinical development operations, particularly phase 2 and phase 3 trials. The role advises study teams on design feasibility, country and site selection, protocol review, patient burden, recruitment, and timelines; facilitates cross-functional strategy discussions; supports matrix management and analytical insights; and leads projects to improve study feasibility and recruitment capabilities. The position requires at least eight years of pharmaceutical experience, including five years in clinical research or project leadership, along with a bachelor’s or advanced degree and strong scientific, strategic, and business leadership skills.
