Takeda is hiring a Business Process Lead, Supply Chain Planning Implementation Lead to lead global digital transformation and implementation of supply chain planning processes and digital solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP planning. The role partners with manufacturing, finance, global supply chain, and digital, data, and technology teams; leads SAP-based planning solution implementations; drives standardization, governance, change management, and adoption; and may support the Head of Supply Chain Planning Systems. The position is based at Takeda’s Zurich headquarters in Opfikon and offers a base salary of CHF159,300 to CHF219,010.
