AECOM is hiring an Associate Director – Systems to join its Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance team and support the UK and Ireland rail portfolio. The role provides senior technical, capability, and portfolio leadership for systems engineering and systems integration, including requirements management, architecture, interfaces, verification and validation, lifecycle strategies, commissioning, client advisory, and practitioner development. It requires an engineering, systems engineering, or relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, professional engineering standing, and strong practical experience across systems engineering and related technical disciplines, with hybrid work options available.
