WSP is hiring an Environmental Construction Consultant Delivery Lead to support clients from primary consent through construction delivery on major infrastructure projects. The role leads environmental construction and secondary consent delivery, advises on planning conditions and DCO requirements, coordinates permits and programme dependencies, manages compliance and delivery risks, and develops the firm’s environmental construction capability. It requires experience in pre-construction and construction environmental management, secondary consents, DCO/TCPA implementation, contractor interfaces, governance, and project controls, along with strong communication, leadership, commercial, and mentoring skills.
