Description
The Associate Director, Technical Operations Management (AD-TOM) will lead regional cell therapy trial and operational execution across the Northern Atlantic territory. The remote role oversees site strategy, activation and certification, clinical workflows, quality and compliance, cross-functional coordination, logistics and supply chain readiness, training, issue management, and reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, extensive clinical and CAR-T experience, knowledge of cell therapy standards and regulations, service-line expertise, provider oversight, and strong delivery, collaboration, and project management capabilities. Travel is up to 50%, and the role offers an annual base salary of $150,000 to $225,000 plus incentives and health, dental, and vision benefits.
