Description
The Associate Director, Technical Writing will lead a technical writing team and produce customer-facing scientific content, including user manuals, product specifications, white papers, case studies, brochures, blogs, and website content. The role supports marketing, collaborates with R&D, product management, scientific support, sales, and other cross-functional teams, establishes quality and regulatory standards, improves writing processes, and develops team training. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of technical writing experience, and at least three years of supervisory experience; the position may be performed in a traditional office with a possible hybrid or fully remote schedule.
