SMU is hiring an Associate Director of Total Rewards to lead the strategic management, administration, and continuous evaluation of compensation, classification, benefits, retirement, wellness, and related employee rewards programs. The role oversees benefits vendors and compliance, administers compensation and leave programs, conducts market pricing and job evaluations, manages open enrollment and benefits education, analyzes HRIS and employee data, and leads and develops the benefits and compensation staff. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience are required; the position is open until filled.
