Description
Trimont is hiring a Commercial Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist to perform operational accounting, account reconciliation, financial statement analysis, asset reporting, loan advance and payment coordination, customer issue resolution, and complex project support. The role also provides training and guidance to less experienced servicing representatives and may handle escalations and disputes. It requires at least six years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education, along with a master’s degree in finance and accounting. The position operates on a 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM shift.
