Description
The role manages the end-to-end construction draw and reserve disbursement process, including receipt and review of draw requests, documentation verification, budget and contract reconciliation, invoice and lien-waiver administration, exception resolution, and coordination with borrowers, lenders, consultants, and title companies. It also supports process improvement, training, and mentoring of junior team members. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline, at least eight years of loan servicing experience, reserve disbursement experience, mortgage and consumer lending knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office and communication skills.
