Description
The Associate Director Strategic Planning & Execution, US Medical Affairs will execute strategic initiatives for assigned therapeutic areas or functions, develop annual enterprise strategy, track performance, manage budgets and forecasts, analyze financial trends, oversee project and P2P activities, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and support compliance, legal, vendor, and system-improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs, strong biopharma compliance and legal knowledge, and strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project-management skills. The position is office-based and offers an annual base salary of $150,098.40–$225,147.60 USD, plus short-term incentives, equity-based long-term incentives, retirement, paid leave, and medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits.
