Avid Bioservices is hiring an Associate Director, Utilities & Site Development Workstream to provide owner-side leadership for utility infrastructure and site-development scope within Project AMPLIFY. The role integrates business, technical, permitting, construction, and operational requirements into an executable workstream plan and coordinates engineering partners, contractors, subject-matter experts, Quality, EHS, and operating teams through design, installation, startup, readiness, and handover. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of relevant experience in utilities, facilities engineering, site development, construction, or capital-project delivery in a regulated environment. It is a full-time onsite role with a stated annual compensation range of $147,200 to $184,000, plus bonuses and benefits.
