Description
Dispatch is hiring an Associate Director of Downstream Processing to serve as a downstream subject-matter expert for lentivirus and adenovirus products. The role oversees technology transfers, development, and scale-up of viral products manufactured at CDMOs, builds internal downstream purification capabilities, designs and executes process-development studies, and collaborates with analytical development, research and development, and program management. The position requires an MS or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related discipline, at least 10 years of biopharmaceutical downstream purification experience, team-management experience, and expertise in unit operations, scale-up and scale-down, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
