Description
Temple University's Wellness Resource Center is hiring an Associate Director to lead strategic health promotion messaging, community development, communications, events, program evaluation, and office operations. The role supervises two full-time professional staff and five student workers, mentors peer educators, coordinates media and social platforms, manages budgets and safer-sex supply documentation, and collaborates across the university. It is primarily in-person and on-campus, with possible hybrid remote work of one day per week after the probationary period. A master's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of university program design, implementation, and evaluation experience, plus two years supervising full-time staff, are required.
