Olea is hiring an entry-level Commercial - Distribution Associate to manage institutional funder relationships and support the end-to-end execution of trade finance transactions, particularly in open account, receivables, payables, and supply chain finance. The role covers funder relationship management, facility establishment, due diligence, risk assessment, commercial negotiation, legal documentation, onboarding, operational setup, and post-transaction servicing, while coordinating with origination, structuring, legal, risk, and operational teams. Candidates should have strong trade-finance knowledge, transactional risk understanding, Excel expertise, and client-facing communication skills; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or an equivalent field and at least three years of trade-finance experience are required.
