The role requires at least two years of leadership experience in a retail, service, hospitality, or related industry, with small-to-medium-box retail or management experience preferred. Compensation includes a first-year annual total compensation award of $74,400 to $82,400, with a second-year performance-based bonus potential of $20,000, plus healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
