Description
The role leads technical strategies and end-to-end delivery of building services projects, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Responsibilities include project oversight, innovation and sustainability, regulatory compliance, risk management, team development, and stakeholder collaboration. The position requires strong building services engineering expertise, project management skills, knowledge of relevant codes, proficiency in electrical design and project management tools, and at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in major project delivery. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council are also required.
