AECOM is hiring an Electrical Associate Director to lead electrical design and delivery across feasibility, concept, scheme, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover for data centre projects. The role owns power architectures, power systems studies, protection design, monitoring and controls, resilience, decarbonization, compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination, while also driving strategy, winning work, mentoring teams, and managing project financials. Candidates should have data centre and mission-critical electrical delivery experience, UK and preferably EMEA project leadership experience, client-facing work-winning experience, strong leadership and commercial skills, and knowledge of data centre mechanical design interfaces. The role offers hybrid work options across the UK and EMEA.
