AECOM is hiring an Electrical Associate Director to lead electrical design and delivery across feasibility, concept, scheme, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover for data centre projects. The role owns power architectures, power systems studies, protection design, monitoring and controls, resilience, decarbonization, compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination, while leading technical experts across the UK and collaborating with global colleagues. Candidates should have data centre and mission-critical electrical project experience, client-facing and work-winning experience, strong leadership and commercial skills, and knowledge of data centre mechanical design and project financials. The position offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
