AECOM is hiring an Electrical Associate Director to lead electrical design and delivery across feasibility, concept, scheme, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover for data centre projects. The role owns power architectures, power systems studies, protection design, monitoring and controls, resilience, decarbonization, compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination, while also driving strategy, winning work, mentoring teams, and managing project financials. Candidates should have data centre and mission-critical electrical project experience, technical delivery and business development experience, strong leadership and commercial acumen, and preferably experience across the UK and EMEA. The position offers hybrid work options.
