AECOM is hiring an Electrical Associate Director to lead electrical design and delivery across the data centre sector, including feasibility, concept, scheme, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The role owns power architectures, power systems studies, protection design, monitoring and controls, resilience, decarbonization, compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination, while also driving strategy, winning work, mentoring teams, and managing project financials. Candidates should have data centre and mission-critical electrical project experience, client-facing business development experience, strong leadership and commercial acumen, and preferably experience across the UK and EMEA. The position offers hybrid work options.
