IB Abel is hiring an entry-level Associate Electrical Engineer to design, coordinate, and support electrical power distribution, lighting, construction, and related systems for commercial, industrial, and government projects. The role includes electrical calculations, CAD and Revit work, specifications, submittals, utility coordination, field surveys, equipment startup, troubleshooting, and client engagement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology, 0–2 years of electrical engineering experience focused on power systems, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, AGi32, ETAP, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, pays $70,000–$80,000, and is based locally to Pennsylvania with travel and occasional remote work.
