Bascom Hunter is hiring an Associate Electrical Systems Engineer to support the definition, integration, and verification of aerospace electrical systems for defense applications, including environmental control systems, motor drives, electronic control units, power distribution, and electrical interconnects. The role involves developing requirements and interface documentation, performing electrical analyses, supporting integration and testing, troubleshooting hardware and communications issues, and maintaining engineering documentation and compliance records. It welcomes new graduates and engineers with approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience, requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance, and offers growth in scope and independence under senior-engineer guidance.
