Scoular is hiring Grain Elevator Operators to load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading trucks, operate heavy equipment, manage grain storage, maintain bins and storage structures, and support safe operations. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical lifting and standing, PPE use, and flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays; prior grain-facility experience is preferred but not required.
