Kb3 Advisors is hiring an Associate Energy Advisor to identify and engage commercial and industrial energy decision-makers, conduct territory-based research, set qualified meetings, track contracts, nurture prospects, and learn procurement strategy and market fundamentals. The role is entry-level to early career, offers a $50,000–$75,000 base salary, health insurance and a 401(k) match, commission upside, and a progression path to Energy Advisor and Senior Energy Advisor. A bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and quarterly travel to New Haven, Connecticut are required; relevant education, sales or consulting experience, CRM familiarity, and energy-market interest are preferred.
