Description
Arm is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer for its Design Enablement team within Solutions Engineering - Implementation. The role develops and maintains software applications and automated EDA workflows for custom cells and custom macros, using Java or Python and supporting automation in Tcl, Bash, or tcsh. Responsibilities include integrating build methodologies and EDA tools, supporting scalable EDA workloads, writing tests, debugging software issues, participating in code reviews, and supporting engineering users. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field, programming skills, problem-solving and debugging ability, and familiarity with software development fundamentals. Desired experience includes Tcl, Unix shell scripting, Linux or Unix development, digital electronics or semiconductor design flows, and EDA or batch-computing environments. Relocation and visa sponsorship support are available for candidates who require it.
