Description
The Semiconductor Module Maintenance Technician follows SOPs and CAS, performs preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on semiconductor module equipment, supports installation and hookup of new or upgraded equipment, monitors SPC charts, collects measurement data, maintains housekeeping and safety practices, documents line issues, and coordinates with specialists to meet manufacturing objectives. The role requires an electrical, electronics, mechanical, mechatronics, or microelectronics qualification, 1–2 years of industry experience, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
