The role covers recruitment, resourcing, professional development, time and cost management, quality and compliance, tender and commercial controls, design reviews, client relationships, and project delivery. Candidates must be Chartered CIBSE members, have substantial experience managing large and varied teams and delivering multi-disciplinary projects, and demonstrate expertise in mechanical building services, HVAC, public health, and specialist software such as Navisworks and NBS Create/Chorus.
