Description
The role supports LAN, WAN, and wireless network environments by configuring and maintaining switches, routers, security hardware, access points, VPNs, and data-center systems; troubleshooting network problems; installing and upgrading hardware and software; documenting network operations; and providing 24/7 support. It requires a bachelor's degree, CCNA routing and switching credentials, and hands-on experience with Cisco networking, routing protocols, cloud services, and IT operations, with vendor management, advanced troubleshooting, and ITIL/BICSI/Lean knowledge preferred.
