Description
Eaton is hiring an Associate Engineer to support New Product Introduction and compliance for its ARS Electrical Business. The role covers global product compliance assessments, regulatory substance screening, supplier material declarations, compliance records, customer declarations, eco-design and EPR compliance, and coordination with engineering, supply chain, quality, suppliers, and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a relevant engineering discipline, 0–3 years of sustainability or product-development experience, strong knowledge of regulations such as REACH, RoHS, WEEE, EPR, and TSCA, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
