Description
Eversource is hiring one Associate Engineer, Reliability Compliance to support transmission reliability and regulatory compliance in Westwood, Massachusetts; Berlin, Connecticut; or Hooksett, New Hampshire. The role reviews NERC, ISO-NE, and NPCC compliance records, coordinates regulatory filings, supports event analysis and reportability determinations, maintains compliance records, and provides analytical and presentation support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, 0–3 years of related experience, familiarity with utility transmission and electrical engineering principles, and the ability to work at least three days in the office. The position offers a regular full-time schedule, potential incentive compensation, and an annual salary range of $82,800 to $92,000.
