Description
Eaton is hiring an Associate Engineer for its EMI/EMC test lab team within the Enterprise CoE in Pune, India. The role validates products by performing EMI/EMC tests according to standards such as IEC, CISPR, FCC, MIL, and RTCA-DO; prepares and verifies test setups; analyzes and troubleshoots test results; maintains laboratory equipment and calibration records; manages test requests and inventory; supports safety and 5S activities; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Power Electronics Engineering and 2–4 years of experience in the EMI/EMC testing domain.
