Pickett is hiring an Associate Engineer to provide entry-level engineering and technical support on high-voltage overhead utility transmission design projects. The role covers line routing, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, clearance checks, plan and profile development, material specifications, constructability evaluations, work packages, permitting, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and construction support. The position is hybrid and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering; EI/EIT certification, related transmission-line experience, PLS-CADD experience, and familiarity with NESC, IEEE, ASCE, and ACI are preferred or beneficial.
