Description
The Associate Engineering Technologist provides technical support for manufacturing quality, controls non-conforming material flow, assists with product audits and testing, supports customer concerns and supplier corrective actions, monitors waste and SPC metrics, and helps with new products and engineering changes. The role requires an HS Diploma and applicable work experience, with 1–2 years of quality experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment desired, and requires work across all shifts. Computer skills, ISO 9001 experience, and rubber manufacturing experience are desired.
