Founders Federal Credit Union is hiring an Associate Enterprise Project Manager to manage small-scale credit union projects at its corporate headquarters in Lancaster, South Carolina. The role coordinates internal and external resources, defines scope and requirements, manages schedules and costs, reports project status, supports vendor selection and due diligence, maintains project documentation, and ensures compliance with governance, legal, data security, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have project coordinator or project resource experience, at least two years of financial institution experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with project management software; Smartsheet and Microsoft Project experience and CAPM or PMP certification are preferred.
