Description
SOCOTEC is hiring a Building Envelope Manager to lead and support building envelope and facade projects, including manpower and technical needs, staff and team management, training and mentoring, project oversight, restoration and maintenance consulting, facade inspection and safety programs, client communication, code and constructability advice, and project reporting. The role requires 15+ years of building envelope or enclosure project experience, 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional services company, an architecture or engineering degree, and a registered architect credential. The position is full-time and pays $130,000–$155,000.
