As an Associate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager at Smithfield, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive worker safety and health policies, environmental compliance initiatives, and site security protocols. This role involves leveraging expertise in workers' compensation laws, OSHA regulations, and various environmental standards, while also supporting ISO certification efforts to adhere to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 guidelines.
