ICG is hiring an Associate for its European Mid-Market strategy in London. The permanent, full-time role supports origination, diligence, transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, value creation, and exit planning for European fund investments, with substantial responsibility for financial modelling, business and commercial analysis, due diligence, investment committee materials, and coordination with management teams, advisers, lenders, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant M&A, investing, transaction advisory, due diligence, strategy consulting, private equity, private debt, or related strategic analysis experience, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent English, strong communication and commercial judgement, and an interest in investing across geographies and sectors.
